When and why did you decide to create your own cosmetics?

Karolina Grzelewska’s 25 years of experience, years of observation, and the mission to create something that would contribute to proper care and customer satisfaction were waiting for the right moment. The outbreak of the pandemic and the introduction of a business shutdown allowed for a return to the “drawer project.” It was possible to calmly and carefully draw conclusions and develop an action plan to develop the most appropriate technology.

A technology that was complicated due to language and access to laboratories and specialists. Nature and the heart, and especially the lungs, of the world is the Amazon, a land and region most rich in ingredients and organic compounds of plant origin. Brazil is renowned for its best-equipped laboratories, and it is here that scientific research is conducted for corporations. It is here that you can order and commission patentable tests and procedures before launching production of a prototype or a product based on your own formula.

During the pandemic, Karolina Grzelewska worked for many months to develop a list of properties and plant ingredients to be included in hair care products. Products from numerous companies were tested for many years, and thousands of customers shared their knowledge, effects, and results regarding the results of their chosen treatments. After many years, a multitude of conclusions accumulated. What challenges did you encounter while building your brand?

Definitely, the lack of free time to manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously, as well as official restrictions that aren’t fully regulated by law, allowing entrepreneurs to implement a patent or new product through a single, integrated application. Many offices and institutions don’t cooperate cohesively enough to facilitate business operations.

So why this product and this brand?

The brand has sold thousands of products with 100% positive feedback. Returning customers, satisfied family members, and satisfied salon owners. The result is quality at an affordable price.
